We will process your order cancellation and refund within 2 business days.

If your order has been processed, we provide a 14-day free return policy:

Please contact our customer service within 14 days of receipt, if you aren’t totally satisfied with your purchase. we can arrange the refund of the item price. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees.
Returned items must be the original, unopened box.
Upon receiving, we would do a fully refund within 2 business days.（Not Eligible for Halloween Orders）
