You may still exchange unopened contacts lenses that are in the original condition and packaging, for another type or color, by contacting us within 7 days of the date of delivery.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receipt of delivery. Products must be unopened, and in the original condition of packaging. The shipping and processed cost is not refundable.

All sale items are indicated by a red "Final Sale" label next to the price on the product page and/or end in 10.97 cents. These are unable to be returned for a refund.
